Jadyn Allen is a strategic partner to her clients, focusing on education, municipal, and employment law matters.
Jadyn works primarily with public schools, education service centers, and counties across West Texas and the Panhandle. Jadyn serves on the team of attorneys who serve as general counsel to school districts, assisting school administrators with day-to-day issues across all areas of school law and advising school boards on various legal matters.
Her practice includes advising clients on employment matters, including hiring, performance management, discipline, accommodations, terminations, and workplace policies. She also offers strategic guidance to public and private educational institutions to ensure compliance with applicable legal standards and provides training to help clients stay informed about changes to the law.
