Chad Pierce is an accomplished attorney whose practice encompasses agriculture law, business and corporate law, employment law, and litigation.
Chad returns to Underwood following more than two decades as General Counsel for the American Quarter Horse Association, where he provided strategic legal guidance on a broad range of corporate, regulatory, employment, and contractual matters.
Widely respected throughout the equine industry, Chad brings substantial experience in contract negotiation, employment-related matters, and dispute resolution, as well as extensive business relationships throughout the agricultural and equine sectors.
His unique combination of in-house executive legal experience and private practice insight enables him to provide practical, business-oriented counsel to clients facing complex legal and operational challenges.
Outside of his legal practice, Chad enjoys hunting, fishing, and golfing. He also values spending time with his twin sons, both recent graduates of Texas A&M University.
