Gabrielle D. Griffith

Gabrielle advises Texas employers on a broad range of labor and employment-related issues. She handles various matters, including wage and hour issues, disability discrimination claims, sexual harassment cases, and employee handbooks and policies. She also assists clients with workplace investigations and the employment litigation that often follows, helping employers navigate disputes efficiently while minimizing risk.

Gabrielle presents legal updates and conducts training for employers to keep them informed on important changes in federal and state legislation affecting the workplace, including disability discrimination and sexual harassment compliance.

Civil litigation is a growing part of Gabrielle’s practice. She has represented trucking companies in insurance defense lawsuits, hospitals in medical malpractice cases, and employers in Texas non-subscriber litigation.  Her litigation experience also extends to contract disputes, giving her a well-rounded perspective on the legal challenges facing Texas businesses.
