Roger counsels both regional and money center financial institutions and businesses. He handles syndicated and bilateral loan facilities, real estate transactions, and workouts in a variety of industries, including agribusiness, commercial real estate, energy, and motor vehicle dealerships. Obtained federal court judgment and facilitated workout of a $2 million multi-state agricultural credit facility.

Acquisition and financing of motor vehicle dealerships and related commercial real estate facilities in Texas, Oklahoma, and Kansas.
