The Underwood Law Firm is pleased to announce the addition of two new attorneys, Angelica Farinacci and Clint Davis, to our Fort Worth office. Angelica and Clint are expanding our practice areas in Fort Worth to include probate, estate planning, and guardianship.
Angelica Farinacci joins Underwood with 14 years of experience in probate, estate planning, and guardianship matters across Texas. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Angelica seamlessly navigates complex legal matters, ensuring clear communication and comprehensive legal support.
With significant experience in probate, she ensures that the legal complexities of estate administration are handled efficiently and with care. She is also well-versed in guardianship law, assisting clients in establishing guardianship for loved ones in need of protection.
Angelica earned her J.D., with honors, from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law. She is the Program Chair of the Dallas Bar Association Probate, Trusts & Estates Section and is an active committee member of the North Texas Probate Bench Bar.
Clint Davis also joins Underwood’s Fort Worth office with nearly 12 years of experience in probate, estate planning, and guardianship. He earned his J.D. from Texas A&M School of Law.
Clint is passionate about helping his clients protect their families, businesses, and assets. He works diligently to develop sound estate plans that meet his client’s present and future needs. Clint is also skilled in probate and guardianship, whether contested or non-contested, offering compassionate and strategic guidance.
