Kelly Utsinger’s practice is focused on employment, insurance, nonsubscriber, trucking, and catastrophic injury litigation.
Kelly routinely represents clients in arbitrations and in federal and state trial and appellate courts. He is a member of two national, invitation-only trial lawyer organizations, the American College of Trial Lawyers (ACTL) and the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABTA). Kelly is a Fellow of the ACTL, a widely recognized premier trial organization in North America. Membership in the ACTL is limited to highly experienced trial lawyers who are exceptional advocates and whose careers demonstrate the highest standards of ethics. He is also an Associate of the ABTA, an organization that includes lawyers who demonstrate civility and professionalism at a high level of trial advocacy.
Kelly has experience in prosecuting and defending commercial litigants, handling multi-million dollar first-party insurance disputes, serving as counsel in numerous Fair Labor Standards Act collective actions, and successfully defending over 100 nonsubscriber lawsuits.
