He assists public schools with the myriad of issues they face, including employment law matters, student and parent issues, and constitutional concerns. He also handles school board training, procurement, election law, construction, and economic development matters for schools.
Fred Stormer draws on his experience serving as general counsel to West Texas independent school districts to help his clients with big issues like safety, privacy, and technology. He has presented on public education law issues at state and regional levels and is a TEA certified provider of continuing education training for school boards. He also represents junior colleges.
